Formula for a players value should include a factor for games played, coaches association votes ( but not in their last year). It should be made transparent really.

The players are free to move umder this method. Its just the signing club has to hand over a simple open formula driven compensation. Only one factor, the age of the player so it is fompleyely transparent, not hidden at all.

I think the second last round should be a split round, that way everybody in the finals plays two games in a row ( 22nd home/ away match and first week of finals).
