Would be interesting to see if it was boys or girls that was getting out of control, I suspect the former.

From my observation all girls should at minimum be able to play a year down if they feel the need to.

As for splitting boys and girls our club has multiple teams in underages but wouldn’t be able to field a girls team in u7 or 9s.
