He would improve Carlton's forward line considerably. Most other teams too.

A 23 year old big forward with 240 goals on the board already - 150 of them in a team that was getting belted every week.

I think he can be forgiven a bad day in his second final. Especially having been the stand out forward on the ground in his first final.

There are a lot of people pumping up Patton's tyres lately. Truth is his demonstrated output is a well below Cameron. And funnily enough, he contributed nothing in the Qualifying final.

It certainly was a Darling type of performance.

It was more of a Josh Kennedy type of performance, Darling got plenty of the ball in the 2015 GF he just kept making clangers while Kennedy was invisible.
