This sounds like a really good idea - and we could do the tallying right at the end of the year. So not really something you have to worry about keeping up with during the season when we are all likely to be preoccupied with whatever Carlton is doing. Would be perfect if we had some sort of Coleman equivalent for defenders but AFL doesn't really have anything atm.
