There were NO positives from lasts nights game as we all know. But the biggest grievance I have is our pathetic tackling and the tactic of not going to the man.
What is this shyte where an opposition player has the ball and instead of going forward and trying to tackle him, our player would stay 1-2metres away from him and try to guess which direction that player would go and outsmart him that way??? Seriously Thornton looked like a netballer half the time, arms waving whilst having a 2m gap between him and his opponent with the ball..
and whomever is teaching our young kids to tackle needs a kick up the arse this week.
