I think having the option prior to the draft makes sense regardless? Even if we choose not to fill it.

Plus if you have the position to say a Darcy Hogg just to throw a name out. What is the harm? Already in the VFL program would probably love to be a full time footballer if given the opportunity. At worst you can have the conversation the issue with Deluca was how we handled it also.
