Its defintley out
the Adelaide Datwin time is 1 and a half hours wrong
I changed mine to Tokyo time but I am still half an hour out as there was no option to get it right.

I changed mine around to........well not sure what, but my time is correct. 
Except that I am in another state at the moment but if I was REALLY pedantic I would change it again till I go home.......
