Ticketek is experiencing online issues with members trying to purchase tickets to Richmond’s qualifying final, and have temporarily shut down the ticket purchasing process until the issue is rectified.

The Club is working with the AFL and Ticketek to work through the issues, and will communicate to members when tickets are ready to go on-sale again.

There are still plenty of tickets available to purchase to Richmond’s Qualifying Final against Hawthorn next Thursday night at the MCG.

The Club understands the frustration caused by these purchasing issues, and appreciate your patience as we work towards a solution.

BTW fired up the network inspector while clicking the next button on desktop to switch betweens ticket categories. if you do it too fast it actually errors out saying it thinks you're a bot but on the browser you just get the 'aren't enough tickets message'. so it would never work even if there are tickets unless you go and reload the page and verify the captcha lmao
