I come across Trade news and in an article it mentioned. Player agent former Eagle Andrew McDougall.
Got me thinking what else our past players have been doing.

Came across some interesting articles from past players. Troy Wilson is a race car driver. 60 years old now.

Chad Fletcher now is living in Bali with a hammock business.

Wilson's age on his Wiki page can't be right. He finished in 2003. That would make him over 40 in his last year. I think 50 (born 1972) is probably correct.

As for MacDougall, I always find it weird that he got into player management. The main issue with his playing career was a lack of intensity and the general consensus was he would have preferred sitting on a beach in Bali strumming a guitar (like a lot of young people) rather than playing professional football... Obviously, people change a lot between the age of 20 and 30 but it's a fairly fluctuating life path.

EDIT: Unless all that stuff about Dougs was just bullshit on the grapevine...

Yeah I think its supposed to be 1972 not 1962. Typo in Wikipedia.

I was thinking that when I read it. Knew it couldn't be right with Wilson being 60.

Now do Daniel Kerr and Ben Sharp!
Lol. I'm not sure people want to know what players are doing after footy. I found it a bit interesting to see what players are doing at first thought it was an interesting idea for a thread but I got bored of it pretty quick. 😂
