If you'd like to use the table BBCode manually:

* Enclose table data in [table ][/table] bbcode tags
* You can bold and centre the heading row by using [th] to start the row and [/th] to end it
* Then use [tr] to start a row and [/tr] to end a row
* Within a heading or normal row, use [td] to start a cell and [/td] to end it.
