Pete O Rourke from Sky sports mentioned that we'd made a bid. 3.5 mil apparently. Looks a decent player, albeit in a lesser league. Am happy to gamble with him at that price.
Out of curiousity, how exposed are Roman and Chelsea to the threat of sanctions?
