I find this Interesting but I still think it won’t make a Huge Dent into Torrents Usage as still have DRM(I Think) and they still have total Control over it.

Unless I read it incorrectly it sounds like they're just trying to cut data hosting costs by letting people download off each other instead of a central host, assuming of course it ever happens
