pavelec dragging the jets to the playoff is maybe the most unlikely story of the year. i mean, hamburglar wasnt basically a proven failure at nhl level.

This time last year he was warming the bench for the Hamilton Bulldogs (I think he was in the press box for a few games).

Pavelec has shown he can be very hot in streaks throughout his career.
