Jake Levers Knee?

Does anyone know how Lever did his knee? Was it pretty innocent or in a violent way?
Just trying to workout if his knees might be suspect or if everyones ACL would have blown in that circumstance.

My understanding was it was a training incident and the advice given was to have it (surgery) done.
