Go and ask Patrick Keane about how emphatic the learned panel was about throwing out the case.
It will be a long cold day in hell when I take legal advice from Patrick Keane

According to the learned panel, EFC did not take TB4. If they did, a guilty verdict would have been reached. That is all you need to be concerned about. So what did they take?
So Essendon are NOT GUILTY of using Thymosin Alpha? Also interesting that the tribunal rejected Essendon's argument they used thymosin alpha (I assume they mean thymomodulin)
No they had advice from Downes, Young and Holmes to proceed. The case broke down when Alalvi and Charter refused to testify. Convenient for some.ASADA were instructed NOT to charge players but they proceeded anyway
A glowing and unequivocal account of the EFC's program and the player's lack of any guilt whatsoever:Can you open your eyes and squint a bit harder at the fact the evidence did not stack up.
Forget about legal advice- he had his reporting hat on today pure and simple. It will be a long cold day in hell when I take legal advice from Patrick Keane
So that exclusion was for the taking of the syringe activity? Not governance?Essendon's expulsion from the 2013 finals series needs an urgent review.

After Easter.Have they given a timeline for dank?
Apparently asking about the identity of the substances used on the totally innocent and not at all guilty in any way players is being:
Can you see that the point of contention is that for all we know the evidence was a hair's breadth from required proof but the players were - correctly - given the benefit of the doubt?

Smug winner.Hearing Ben McDevitt's sooky la la statement really was the icing on the cake.
Better luck next time Benjamin.
Smug loser.

Jobe and team mates flying the colours at ... oh wait.
I think he might know a bit more about what really happened than you.My goodness. Is this even real? What the hell is the head of ASADA doing making commentary like that?
Well one, ADF stand up to protect the rights of others through adversity; even if those choose to use their freedom to win a football game at all cost with no moral virtue

It really isn't. Why would you argue a nonsensical position?No- it's the same thing.
Understand your POV. But I'm also an investigator for govt - different area. It is hard, takes a long time, sometimes can be under-resourced and you don't always win. Not having a go - promise.
Yep
Reporter, knows damn all about legal judgements.
Get lost pal- they were comfortably satisfied that the illegal substance was not administered to EFC players. Not guilty.
Essendon's expulsion from the 2013 finals series needs an urgent review.
Get a life- EFC are not celebrating. The point is EFC players were found not guilty of taking one banned substance-TB4 by a totally independent panel who were hit by 4 weeks of ASADA incompetence. Thankfully they were learned enough to determine their was no case. Now carry on and accept it.They didn't say they didn't take it.
They said there wasn't enough evidence to prove they did.
Even the biggest scarf waving malcontent would know that today's decision does not prove they didn't take TB4.
Still, 2 years on, no one knows what was injected into the players.
And we're celebrating this??
