Just got a call from the club regarding the annual raffle (the 150 to 200 one not the 5 dollar one)

They said the money was going towards "new facilities for the boys" .

Anyone know what's in the pipeline?

Bracks, Baillieu, Napthine all helped Brian Cook tremendously. I don't know about Andrews, but after the East-West Link debacle that Victorian motorists will pay for over the next century, what's a few more million spent on "special projects"?
