So just had a look at the 15/16 schedule since I'll be in LA next January.

And I get to see the Ducks v Kings as a big Ducks fan, so excited!

First ever NHL game live.

43 years later and Canada are still putting pucks past a Tretiak. Vladislav's grandson Maxim now. Canada's junior team won 4-1.

Canada's forwards:
Dal Colle-Fabbri-Merkley
Crouse-Strome-Marner
Gauthier-McCann-Watson
Stephens-Quenneville-Ho-Sang

That second line has some potential.

Given Travis Zajac is probably unlikely to hit 40 points again, i think he has a worse contract than Sutter
Sutter is nowhere near the worst contract on our team. It's not a terrible, terrible contract. But it's bad and it's probably based on wrong thought processes (he hasn't reached his peak yet!!!). And after all the other wrong decisions....

Anyway, today we also hired this guy

this was many years ago and he's worked with other NHL teams since, but still

Signed until 2021, as well.

Zajac making $1.25M more per season than Pacioretty.

Max signed at $4.5M per season until 2019 has to be the best bargain in the league.
Dunno... Tyler Seguin's 5.75m per year is pretty bargain basement for his numbers. As is Tavares and his 5.5m

Yep, they are good ones, they'd probably be 1, 2 & 3.

Only three players have scored more goals than Pacioretty over the last three seasons:
Ovechkin (136), Stamkos (97) and Pavelski (94). Pacioretty has 91 goals.
Note: Pavelski has played 15 more games than Pacioretty during that time period.

Waiting for more to unfold I'd suspect.
