I hope so, as much as he has annoyed me, I would like to see him succeed, especially if he is now working hard, and not partying.

Johnny Manziel was pulled over for a domestic argument on Monday.

According to the police report, Manziel was pulled over during an argument with his girlfriend and admitted to drinking earlier in the day. Manziel also allegedly left an abrasion on his girlfriend's arm trying to keep her from getting out of the car while moving. No charges were filed, but Manziel's bad off-field decisions continue to be a distraction. GM Ray Farmer has confirmed the Browns are aware of the incident.

Browns coach Mike Pettine said a video allegedly showing Johnny Manziel partying over the team's bye week was "disappointing" and hinted he is considering benching the sophomore quarterback.

"When it's a repeated pattern of behavior, it's a concern," Pettine added. Manziel was just named the Browns' starter after his best performance as a pro against the Steelers before the bye, but it is clear Pettine is fed up with the repeated off-field issues. Pettine confirmed Josh McCown has been medically cleared and is ready to start if needed. McCown threw for 457 yards and two scores Week 5 against the Ravens. He would be a great streaming option.
