My question to you is if Fletcher produces the same footy he has produced over the past couple years does the club keep him in(Presuming he wants to play on). This can be applied for the year after as well.

I personally think of the worst possible scenario and go never go into games thinking 100% that we will win no matter who we play

I think at the moment he is probably needed in the forward line but his best footy would be at the back
I could see him kick 50+ goals next season but I could also see him as an AA Full back
Can we cap off this better than expected season with a possible top 6 next year

Our problem is being inconsistent against Bottom 8 teams if we beat them on a regular basis we will go along way in securing a spot

A couple times when he got the ball he ignored teamates to keep running and got run down
