I wouldn't say it's obvious at all. Clarkson is a good coach, but he had his premiership team gift wrapped for him upon arrival. Worsfold built his own. Both good coaches, but Worsfold is clearly the superior.

I think Stanton is better than Wells, not sure why Essendon fans hate him so much. I'd have him at Melbourne any day. No way is he better than Swallow though, he's an out and out gun.
