With our Tasmania deal (we keep all gate receipts, as well as being paid $1m per game to be there), an being and MCG tenant means we make as much out of gate receipts as Geelong does. We also rent the MCG when we use it, just like you do with Kardinia, since it is owned by Geelong City Council.

I didn't say it did. But since you brought up the topic, we'll have our own private elite training facility that will remain as one of the best in the league. Better facility, better training, better athletes and players, more likely to win more games.

No in 100 years our land will be worth $100 000 000. The development work we do on the land will be worth even more as an asset.
