Played with this bloke all my junior career and is an X-Factor type player. The thing Crozier lacks is probably consistency, but when he is on song, he is just about one of the most exciting footballers there is.
Played at Rowville Hawks in A Grade all his life, then Ranges mostly last year while filling in for Rowville a few times in Division 2 EFL, and when he filled in, just completely tore it apart.
Yeah he doesn't have the biggest body, but thats nothing a few bench presses can't fix. He is what teams need. They need a bit of excitement, they need the quick 10 minute bursts to get the team up and about. He is very clean, very skillful and never stops trying and fights for the second, third and fouth efforts.
The mark that he took for Metro was an absolute blinder, but that's not anywhere near his standards. He takes them on a regular. He's a few photos that shows he just doesn't do it every lifetime:

Apparently his mum wasnt too pleased of him being drafted to Freo

Hayden Crozier, a talented, athletic but skinny kid from from the outer Melbourne suburb of Rowville had been expected to be taken in the top 10 of the draft by Greater Western Sydney. He and his family had even been flown to Sydney with that expectation and were waiting nervously in the audience at the Sydney's Olympic Park.

However, the top 10 came and went, and at pick 19, he was still there. Then, at pick 20, the official from Fremantle slowly and deliberately called out his name. As ``Hayden Crozier'' resonated throughout the huge hall, his mother couldn't contain herself.

``Nooooo,'' she screamed in despair and disappointment, startling the officials sitting at the Adelaide Football Club table in front of her. Her son had been ripped from her and was being relocated to the other side of Australia. Sydney was manageable, but Fremantle was just too far away.
