Probably minor but lobbes polled a couple of times before already
Yeah he's on six votes now. It's all in excel, I copied it across to Word so sometimes adding the totals on the end I might have forgotten to add them, but excel has done all the calculations so all good.

Yeah like excel has never made any mistakes in the past!

How many trained monkeys have been harmed in the making of these awards?

LFFL - Round 9

Well there's only five rounds to go so it means hopefully we can announce a winner soon enough. In this round, The Ladyboys bounced back with a huge win over the Stormers while Classy Gentlemen and South-Eastern Polar Bears had narrow low-scoring wins (the latter tended to do that a lot). The Meerkats under Skippos took their biggest scalp of the year, knocking off future grand finalist Animals run wild while The Cheetahs easily accounted for The Repeaters. American Rednecks knocked off the Mozzie Bites in an upset while the Plovers strolled to victory against the bye.

Look both yourself and fightingfury_88 made it all the more difficult for me by stealing my monkeys to play for your teams during finals ;)

LFFL - Round 10

This was the week when Pie got a new job so he lost his internet for over a week and everyone else had to chip in with scores so that was lots of fun and made this really difficult to do but here are the votes anyway.

LFFL All-Australian Team: RUCKS & TACKLERS

The tacklers made themselves simply because only two had multiple TOTW's and they are unheralded players. For the rucks, Jacobs was unbelievably the only ruck to have had multiple TOTW's while Sandilands seemed to be the next most consistent across the season. Matthew Lobbe fell in third for his efforts with Stefan Martin fourth.

Ruck: Sam Jacobs (The Ladyboys) 4 TOTW's

Tackler: Ben McGlynn (American Rednecks) 2 TOTW's

EMERGENCIES:

Ruck: Aaron Sandilands (Mozzie Bites) 1 TOTW

Tackler: Mark Hutchins (Safety Bay Stormers) 2 TOTW's

Wow Mark Hutchins. That is stunning. Would have been an absolute value pick for the Stormers.
Well I'm pretty sure he just picks West Coast players ;) Or WA players in general. But yeah tackler is so open, that's where a couple of good weeks will earn you a spot. No real stand outs for tacklers this year bar McGlynn who has been solid.

LFFL - Round 11

We're getting to the pointy end of the season with three rounds remaining and suddenly The Super Troopers pull out all the stops when their season is done and dusted - scoring 479 in a shock performance. Classy Gentlemen equally shocked by scoring 492.5 to belt the living daylights out of the Mozzie Bites and potentially wreck their top four chances. The Ladyboys beat The Cheetahs while Animals run wild accounted for the Plovers in a high scoring contest. The Repeaters got up in the other game against old rivals American Rednecks to snuff out their finals chances.

LFFL All-Australian Team: Coaches Choice and Utility

The decision to name these spots was purely because both players have been the stand out performers in the utility position and both deserved to get a starting spot. Both had three utility TOTW's while Rockliff also had two CC TOTW's so therefore he earned a gig there. Montagna is a bit lucky to get reserve utility as I personally would have chosen Redden but the current rules state TOTW's so he is the only other one with multiple TOTW's.

CC: Tom Rockliff (B) (City Oval Plovers) 5 TOTW's

Utility: Gary Ablett (The Ladyboys) 4 TOTW's

EMERGENCIES:

CC: Nathan Jones (OM) (The Repeaters) 2 TOTW's

Utility: Leigh Montagna (Safety Bay Stormers) 2 TOTW's

LFFL - Round 12

It's the final fortnight of matches and in the next 15 minutes we'll declare a winner of the 2014 LFFL MVP Medal. The Meerkats continued their solid late season form with a win over the Stormers while The Super Troopers backed up their 480 odd score with a mammoth 516 point score, the highest of the season to smash The Cheetahs into oblivion and have some wonder how they'd go limping into finals. The Mozzie Bites defeated Woodville while the Plovers won a crucial match against Classy Gentlemen and Animals run wild kept their top four hopes alive with a narrow win over The Repeaters.
