Another win in a $5 90 man Progressive KO tourney

A bit different to last one, had $20 worth of KO's prior to FT (had zero last win a few days back) Was double number 2's chip stack with about 15 left, but then had a QJdd that got outrun by 88 even after i flopped straight and flush draws :(

Got a bit card dead and was about 4th in chips to start FT

Then got to heads up against a super aggro player, was 107K (him) vs 27K (me) and got a bit lucky twice, then ran it up and crushed him

2 wins within a week :D

Hello fellow poker heads, first time posting on here but a long time player, recently got back into poker.. Here's my story

Playing in a $11 tournament, 666 players all up, prize pool over $5k. I'm Doing really well, at most parts I'm in the top 10 and for a fair while was in first position with the most chips.

Been playing for about two and a half hours, It comes down to the final 60 players and I'm sitting ok in 14th position....and then BANG, computer crashes ( pretty much a new PC btw ) So I'm sitting at my PC going "WTF??!?!" I have no choice but to reset my PC but when I do so my PC decides to do a windows update on the reboot..so I'm sitting there in anticipation for 3-4 minutes while it's slowly updating/freezing. I then realise I can just grab my lappy and login that way, so I run to my room, grab my lappy and turn it on...Click on Pokerstars to find it saying " You must update your Pokerstars" ( as I haven't used Pokerstars on my lappy for ages )

Basically, I finally get in, went from 14th posi to 37th in the time I was offline...Ended up losing my rhythm and flunking out at 45th

I was so angry when it happened but I'm laughing about it now

Just won a $5/ 65 player PL Draw event :D

Chopped it at the end for $95, but should've held off, as i got some monster hands vs his decent hands and woulda won easily! Ah well. He started heads up with a 170K to 40K chip lead, but i made some great hands and got the lead pretty quick when i drew to a wheel and hit vs his 2 pair
