Phew!

Hung on for that one.

Great win and 4 points is 4 points. Not every win is pretty but off a 5 day break cant complain.

Jezza, Miers, Stengle, Stanley, Parfitt, Clark, Stewy, both Henry's all very good. Bowes with 2 goals and feeling good about him.

Dempsey continues to impress.

Hawkins looked hampered in some way...

Great to get a win in Blitz 250th - what a story.

Got no injuries too it seems which is a change from last year.

Close had a quiet one.

And the Doggies still cant get a win against us missing PFD, Guthrie

Treloar, Bont and Libba over 100 touches and we still got the win with a MF of Clark, Atkins, and Bruhn.

Good future.

First time Hawkins has gone goalless against the Bulldogs

I get the thinking behind him playing & how the club wanted to get off to a 4-0 win, but tonight wasn’t his most influential game - he did have the 3 score involvements, and could see himself willing to the contest but it didn’t really click for him

Do have to wonder if in hindsight the MC maybe would say that tonight was a missed opportunity to give Tommy a week off & to see how Neale would go leading from the square

Hawk should’ve had the rest. 5 day breaks are beyond his years these days.
Clark can have a few games in the Magoos.
Can Conway push Stanley out after a pretty good outing by the big fella.
Great to grab the 4 points.
The win after a 5 day break is bigger than people might think.

Credit to Stanely... hard to watch the future passing you by last week but well done making it your spot this week.

English is no mug and Rhys broke even.
