That 50 didn't make any sense. When Johnson was walking around the ump told him to get back and he would sort it out. Then none of the Hawks players moved and he paid a 50. He said he would sort it out and then didn't. He just let the Hawks players stand there knowing they were closer than 5 metres and called time on and paid a 50.
