The status quo needs to be rocked. We have failed miserably over the past two seasons and failed to win clutch games despite being in the position to do so.

While we are at a coaches, would love a new fitness guy because Sando's plan of being up and ready for R1, failed miserably this year.

I think its more that our forwards seem to kick goals on pure talent alone the leading paterns of our forwards arnt very good, also the way the ball rebounds from our F50 kills us, All of this i would say is on Bicks.
The one thing i will say though is our F50 entries arnt very good (our midfield just bomb the ball to the top of the square to often)
So the way i see it it's either our forwards dont lead well (Which is my opinon) or they just cant be botherd due to the crap delivery from our mids

We score well, but there doesn't seem to be any great system.

Plan just seems to be to get it in there and let the forwards work something out after its been kicked in.

Wouldn't a competent club have riders in assistant coaching contract making them null and void in the event of a change of senior coach.

How would you like it if your employer said that, if we sack your boss and pay out his contract, we get to sack you too for free?
