FWIW if it is a conflict an interest, its a Collingwood problem and not a particularly unusual issue - the footy industry is relatively small and conflicts of interest happen. It's really up to the Collingwood board to ensure that appropriate controls are put into place to ensure that there is clear separation between any decisions or actions 'the club' takes and the outside personal interests of Craig Kelly or any other Collingwood employee for that matter.

TLA already sponsor and provide goods to the club ... the conflict is exists now. It reeks of a Boys' Club pick. Kelly will ensure that decisions swing Collingwood to favour more mates of mates, sadly.
