Surprised this didnt get more media coverage but this video should be shown on repeat to all footballers coming through the ranks as an example of why you don't duck your head.



The trend of leading with the head or dropping the knees seems to still be getting worse and you won't get a more perfect example of why it's so dangerous.

For this one it looked more like he was trying to go under the tackler to step round him
Get the movement as he wasnt looking for a free, but needs to be mindful of himself

Its natural as both its hard to tackle someone that low and ducking under your centre of gravity, and you have to be mindful of not giving away the free.

It appears that he does it passively now, one does not simply just duck into Redman.
