About 2 years ago I purchased the 1986 Elimination and First semi finals on video for $25 each from the name a game section of the old AFL video web site. http://www.aflvideo.com.au/afl/search_results.asp These are the catalogue numbers [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1986 [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]First Semi Final [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Fitzroy def Sydney [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif](86-DFS) [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1986 Elimination Final 1 [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Fitzroy def Essendon [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif](86-DEF). [/FONT]The 86 Elimination is just raw footage from Channel 7. No replays, no scoreboard, no graphics. It took them nearly 20 years to find this copy in some old storage room. It does have the full commentary, including in the 3qtr time break when Peter Landy thinks his microphone is off and says that "Fitzroy is on toast". The first semi has everything.

I have these above games in full and even though im not a roys fan -i agree with you these games are ones that every roys fans should have.
The 78 Night GF & the 81 are in full and recorded live from someone that recorded them live from another state - very rare stuff.

I sent a copy of the VFL reserves grand final on vid to someone here who was supposed to send me back a dvd but i got nothing back. Sorry im not very trusting.

I have a copy of the 1989 Resrves GF on DVD. Can only watch it through the playstion2 though. As it was copied from VHS. Still not bad quality.
