Movie was made about the Steubenville rape incident. Haven't seen it. But here's an article about the Steubenville incident, and where a lot of those people involved are now.

Lot of messed up stuff about all this. Even the police etc of the town protecting/defending the rapists, because big football town, all they hang their hat on. Two girl friends of the rapists sending death threats to the rape victim because her going to the cops made their boyfriends cry. Even to this day a lot of those involved have skirted apology, repercussions. One of them even got accused of sexual assault at a school again.

Haven't watched a good football movie in a while. The Replacements was the last thing I watched on Netflix a few months ago which was okay. Anything else floating around on streaming?

Robert Griffin III writing “explosive tell-all” book about “dysfunctional” Washington Football Team

Posted by Michael David Smith on November 30, 2021, 12:46 PM EST

Robert Griffin III is promising to hit the Washington Football Team hard with a new book about his experiences with the franchise.

Griffin announced today that he’s writing a book with veteran sports writer Gary Myers titled Surviving Washington, and the published is describing the book as an “explosive tell-all” about “the shocking mismanagement and toxic culture within the most dysfunctional professional football team in America.”

In announcing the book, Griffin said he will delve into the “medical mismanagement” of the knee injury that ended his outstanding rookie season in a playoff loss, as well as information about the sexual harassment scandal that continues to affect the team, and what he calls a “toxic environment” overseen by owner Daniel Snyder.

The second overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, Griffin won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award but never replicated his rookie success. He has been out of the league this season, and he may now figure that his NFL career is over and he’s free to say everything on his mind — much of which will not reflect well on Snyder and the Washington Football Team.

Saw that and wondered if it'll be worth buying, or the media tour and numerous articles detailing the key info will be enough.

He'd bring out a doco for every game in his career if he could

If there is ONE reason for Brady to never win another SB it is so that Man in the Middle is not renewed for another season.

I find a 30 on 30 of why Cam didnt dive on the fumble more interesting than this sh*t.

I don't know if its the power of the NFL but generally the weaker 30 for 30 episodes concern professional football.

Catching Hell is still the bench mark episode.

Whats catching hell about?

Chicgo Cubs fan who reached over the fence to catch a ball in the World Series and ended up spoiling his own teams outfielder from making the catch, the cubs were leading the game easily , ended up losing it after the catch interference and went on to lose the World Series.

The city wanted to kill him.

Scapegoating should have been renamed bartmaning after this.

You'll love the background and the unfolding of the worst in human behaviour over the course of a a couple of late innings of a baseball game.

Shakespeare couldn't make this s**t up.

NLCS and it was on the back of the Cubs being the lovable losers!
