Was quite impressive yesterday, only one bad kick I can remember and took some really courageous marks, although his bravery has never been questioned. Loved in the last where he went flat out to put some body pressure on the marking attempt by Newman from WC on the Western wing. Nice big hit and didn't give away 50. Love a bit of mongrel. Keep it up Kyle, you're doing a great job.
 
He's big, he's quick and he's improving. Sounds like JJ:p

I can see what Walshy saw in him when he said he wants to get 50 games into him asap

Seems like he's worked out his limitations and working within them now. Not looking for the over ambitious option any more.

His stats show that earlier in the season he was definitely looking to kick more often than not. He turned that around mid-season and has looked to handball off to someone with better kicking prowess. In the last few weeks the back 6 have cottoned on and are looking for this and generally work into good positions to receive off him. Its working well. Familiarity breeds defense!

Still gets caught out of position one on one now and then, but kudos for realising his limitations and going about minimising their influence on his game. We really don't have anyone else with his physical attributes so its important he is as effective as he can be and minimises his limitations which he has obviously been working hard on.
 
Just a tad slow of the mark... the rest was awesome yesterday.
Remember he's still learning the caper...without sounding Captn Obvious.

Loved the strength he showed in the northern goal square against some Weagle... benchpress and Truck come to mind.

Hartigan is fine, on his way to being a good ordinary player. we have no one else either so we need to be a bit more grateful for what he brings

BTW This is what Stringer did on Sunday, crazy burst through the middle, yep Hartigan..NO chance lol.
