HFC - Record breakers 12 in a row

I am looking for a copy of this video that was brought out at the end of 1994 to commemorate Hawthorn making 12 successive finals series.

This cannot be bought commercially anywhere.

If anyone has it on vhs, i can easily transfer it to dvd.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
