How many teams in 2014

How many teams next season do we all think is best for the league, 12 or 14? i think 14 as it will be harder to add more in future as we can reduce it next year or find better coaches again if that suits best? please vote

It depends. If we have a few proven inactves making up 14, cut it down to the 12 most active of them. Of couse, if we have 14 that wil definitely be active, go with 14.

Basically, wait and see.

I think we have 12 atm (including the tradesman) so any further search would hinge on the league wanting 14 as its preferred structure. Both scenarios assume that all new coaches will be of a high standard. Benefits of of 12 being better depth of squads, vs 14 more players/members/banter and more realistic teams imo with the inclusion of fringe players playing a bigger role which i enjoy.

I'm not too fussed to be honest. But I just went with 14 anyway. No real reason. Just did.

I went with 12 as we struggled last season with the extra 4 for activity and it also gives us 12 extra players in the honey pot.

I agree, it just that once it sticks at 12 there is no going back to 14, it will still depend on the quality of the candidates.

Maybe we should open up the invitation now so as to see who is active on the board in their pursuit for the final two spots over a longer period?
