if anybody is interested me and ash at the moment have a HU NCAA College basketball bracket comp running, anyone is welcome to join

Basically as of early friday morning our time the NCAA Mens championship tournament starts (march madness), 64 teams total, you select a winner of each game snaking all the way to the eventual champ (kind of like AFL Fantasy ladder in a round robin format), getting a point for each winner and more points as the tournament gets deeper for a winner

its simple to do and can take literally 2 minutes to complete if you just want to make your picks based on the seeds, or spend more time doing some research during the day on news sites and prediction websites etc

me and ash are playing for $100 each, but you can play for free as it doesnt interrupt our setup or you can decide to play for an amount (anyhwere from $10 to $100 really) for a small sweat, just let me know in this thread and it'll be booked

The tournament goes for about 2 weeks starting Friday morning with games everyday so you can sweat them on ESPN or from your computer at work etc

I see the $Aussie has crept back over the 92c mark recently, and was even approaching 93c yesterday. Not sure what the forecast is, but for those depositing online or heading over for the WSOP it's nice to see a reverse in trend.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not blind to the ways of the world. However, for the article to say "but above all, is beautiful" was rather sad.
 
It's an Italian site. My guess is her Italian coach is connected with the site and is trying to raise her profile. But I wouldn't be surprised if she's more known to the public before the WSOP.
 
Ivey and DN are offering an even money bracelet bet to the people, (the rich people anyway) that either of them will win a bracelet in Vegas this year, max is $1million

Seems like a great bet tbh, but so was Mercier last year where he offered pretty low odds on him winning a bracelet which I was tempted to take but he had a bit of a "I must know you clause" which kept me from looking into it further

Biggest sweat will be 1 drop obv, no doubt there will be some FT sweats as well

Timex is offering a midstakes version of the bet for $500 and up, taking DN/Iveys side

But if Timex is willing to take their side I'm more apprehensive
 
Man, the last time they had an article on him I was actually in the picture photobombing lol...

Seems like an incredible long con. I have played with him a few times and while he plays ok, I doubted he was a long term winner in those 100k's lol.
 
I read this while in Macau.

Non-smoker here, and didn't spend a heap of time in smoking areas (Poker area is non-smoking)

I don't think its a big deal to allow smoking. They have non-smoking areas and that is fine.

If there is a huge part of the population that wants a non-smoking casino, one should advertise itself as such and then go from there and let people have a choice. I think the same for smoking in bars etc...

pokerstars.com have the largest player pool along with the best variety of games and tournaments etc

next up would be fulltiltpoker.com (theyre owned my pokerstars)

other sites that are popular are 888 and partypoker but these sites pale in comparison to the size, variety and software to pokerstars
