You are the one that is now standing before a Judge ....having to answer for your actions. You Tony are the person that is on social Media tell the world that the McCanns want to put you in jail.... again that is not true.

Oh another myth that is widely shouted about is the shutters... You will hear people screeching at the tops of their voices, "Those shutters can't be raised from the outside." "Those shutters make a terrible noise, people would have wandered what was happening and gone to see." "Gerry McCann is lying when he says he could open the shutters easily from the outside."

So, "Those shutters make a terrible noise, people would have wandered what was happening and gone to see." - well thinking about it, if you lived in an area where nobody had those shutters and then you heard them being raised at a certain time of night, then you might go and investigate. But, in Portugal the vast majority of people have these shutters, so the shutter noise of them being raised and lowered would be dismissed.. in fact you would become oblivious to it.

An analogy being - I had a dog that would bark in the garden all the time, my neighbours got used to him barking and they ignored him.. When he died back in July people realised something was wrong, but it took them a while to figure the noise they were missing was my dog.

Don't you agree, that Gerry McCanns could have been one of those three.. after all if the people were trying the blinds after Gerry McCann touched them, including the forensic officer who was taking the fingerprints without gloves, is it not feasible that his prints could be smudged which would have made them inadequate to lift etc?

Wow Shubob appears...Now Shubob, care to ask Bennett why he lied about his father who Bennett says, took the German surrender in WW2 in Italy... when the records show, there was no Bennett there at all, the surrender actually took place a week before Bennett claimed it happened.

We all know Bennett's Zionist views and that he appeared in a crowd giving Nazi salutes denying the Holocaust ever happened. Bennett's mother has also been in a care home for over 4 years that I know of, so once again Bennett caught lying again.

Now what is interesting is the correspondence Bennett has had with Carter Ruck lately, yet has not told his masses on Havern's forum......okay I will then....he has offered to pay court costs and and money to McCanns if the case doesn't go ahead.

If you look at those shutters, there are two quite obvious prints towards the right hand side and a lot of smudged areas on the left which look as if they could be prints on top of prints.

Prints might be smudged if someone is pushing and shoving at an item. Don't you agree?

Whilst on the subject of forensics Thomas1965 would you care to comment on this part in italics? I have always wondered why the need for search and rescue dogs to enter the apartment at all.. surely as the pink blanket was used as a scent detector, it could have been used outside of the apartment... don't you think that the contamination of the crime scene is primarily because a) the police failed to secure the crime scene and b) because of their methods of investigation in a case where forensics are paramount.

Initially the search began for latent shoe-prints it being verified that dozens existed on the floor, in the various rooms of the apartment, which invalidated the attempt of identifying those of the perpetrator. Also, innumerable tracks [footprints] that were taken to be canine in origin mixed with red- and white-coloured chemical products, as used to see fingerprints, and an enormous quantity of hairs probably of animal (dog) origin that made it difficult to find possible traces, especially in the bedroom of two single beds and two children's cots from where the minor disappeared, and next to the aluminium window/door leading from inside the living room to the exterior area behind the apartment.

Also the first search dogs on the scene picked up a scent from the shutters to the car park, where the scent stopped in a car parking bay....now with the dog picking up Madeleine's scent then it stops in a car park, where it would be appropriate to say a car was parked.
