Cerra is the one that showed grunt, fortitude and resilience when the chips were down. Arguably his performance elevated, not rescinded.
He is our next Captain. Toughed it out, and led by example and performance.

Big bloke, likes getting amongst it, has some yap about him, reckon he could fire up the boys.
Captain doesn’t need to be the best/most talented player, just has the lead & command respect. I reckon he could do that. Think the extra responsibility would drive him & help performance.

I've said Pitto a few times. Have met him a couple of time and heard him speak at events. He's definitely got it in him.

Hadn't thought of Hewett. Seems a bit quiet/introverted.
Could probably put forward Newman as well. Though he might be a little too hot headed.
