Port have the biggest upside in that trade surely. Toumpas is still young and joining a quality team like Port with Hinkley coaching will give him every chance to fulfill his potential. Wonder what else Melbourne get,surely a 2nd rounder somewhere too.

I hate trades like this as there was no need to involve Adelaide they make it complex to hide things. The hide here is Melbourne are trading Toumpas for stuff all. He is effectively a set of steak knives. The trades value doesn't change much if he is removed.

I would think Collingwood paid a pretty fair price to be honest, really depends what you can make out of Howe though.
