Portfolio Rival Mergers

I know this looks a lot like that amazing MergerMania portfolio (and maybe I have taken some inspiration from that great piece of work), but the key to this thread is that all of these mergers are between rivals. Some rivalries are current and fresh, others are from yesteryear.

I am VERY open to requests, and will look at mergers from other leagues/codes.

to me, the old wool Carlton jumpers looked much darker than the polyester stuff they wear now.... so the navy colour that that Carlton wore back then looked almost black
