No. The court case relates to an administrative error by ASADA.
How inconsiderate of ASADA to issue show cause notices 2 days before a game and in the middle of a season.
ASADA does not have to act considerately. ASADA has to act in the best interests of the Commonwealth of Australia. They haven't.
And the fact she so often gets someone to leak to her makes her a great journo... Obviously.

Not very hard considering what the beast eats.
What does that have to do with whether she is a good journo or not? In many ways, no-one is going to like it if a journo writes about them, if the journo has done a good job.
How do they do research, if not talking to people and reporting what they say? There are other ways to get information, but that is the most useful avenue.

You don't have to throw logic and reasoning out the window just because you go for Essendon. I mean, really? ASADA has issued 34 show cause notices in the highest profile sports doping case in Australian history, based on an administrative error? After the case has been reviewed by a former High Court judge who has signed off on ASADA's brief?
Does this sound remotely logical?
