Ins and outs and all that in here.

Lewis, CJ, Nash, Wingard should be good to go.

Reeves is a wait and see, but looks like he's getting some movement back into the shoulder(instagram post).

Does Butler get a debut?

Worpel, Impey, Callow and Kosi might be under the pump this week.

Go at it

IN: Lewis, Wingard, Jiath

OUT: Worpel (omitted), Callow (omitted), MacDonald (managed)

B: Hardwick, Frost, Jiath

HB: Sicily, Grainger-Barras, Scrimshaw

C: Day, Mitchell, Morrison

HF: Wingard, Koschitzke, Gunston

F: Breust, Lewis, Moore

R: Lynch, O’Meara, Newcombe

INT: Ward, Impey, Bramble, Maginness, Long (Sub)

The thing is, we don't have a lot to work with in reserve. A few week-to-week injuries.
Maybe Ned Long gets a call up for worpel, but that's about it
Lewis is fit...he would have played but for illness

Outs: Breust, Worpel, Morrison, Ward, McDonald, Grainger-Barrass
Ins: CJ, Lewis, Nash, Howe, Shiels, Wingard

Breust will be controversial but some of his efforts were deplorable (and have been for a while) and his pressure these days is non-existent.
I know people are going to say you are dropping the kids but they need to be offering more, let them go back ti the 2”s do confidence and rack up some numbers.
Howe is always a whipping boy but he is the one bloke that no matter what will always put his head over it - and we needed more of that tonight.

IN: Lewis, Wingard, Jiath

OUT: Worpel (omitted), Callow (omitted), MacDonald (managed)
Agree...but tempted to leave MacDonald in, and drop Impey

Probably.

Worpel just has to go.

Callow had a taste and makes way for Lewis. Shame he had to go into ruck and not be able to stay down forward.

McDonald may need a rest.

BOX HILL game tomorrow will be interesting. I imagine Sam might be checking out the form of a few.

Out: Gunstan, Bruest, Mitchel, Omera, Morrison, Impey, Worpel and Frost (inj/managed)

In: Lewis, Jiath, Long, Butler, Shiels, Brookman, Wingard and Jekka.

Need to send a message at selection this week. Too many players getting games on reputation. Shiels and Wingard come back for experience otherwise now is the time to play the kids.

Pass. Surely Hartigan’s AFL career is over.
Out - Worpel, Callow, Impey, McDonald to sub
In - Lewis, CJ, Wingard, Nash if fit, otherwise Long if he plays well for BH, otherwise Shiels.
Frost is really struggling being the number 1 defender the last few weeks, Hartigan may do a better job.

Maybe if CJ is back it gives us more options to help Frost.

We have a few out but they are big outs unlike the bombers who had Stringer, Tippa as there main outs and Ridley. Don't listen to that stupid narrative of the undermanned bombers. Even my Bombers mate said it didn't have that much impact on the game. Lewis and CJ not there you could see the difference it made. Nowhere near enough presence up forward and nobody cutting across to intercept 2MP all night like Jiath would of. The one time it happened he smashed into Impey and it scared us off from doing it again.
