You, my friend, are an idiot.

The players are a part of a club that was told it was legal by that country's Anti-Doping Authority, I can't explain it simpler
5.3 Persons to whom this Code applies are specifically cautioned:
(c) It is the obligation of each Person to whom this Code applies to inform himself of all substances and methods prohibited under this Code. It is not a defence to any claim that a Person has breached this Code for that Person to contend:
(ii) an honest and reasonable, but mistaken, belief that a substance or method is not prohibited under this code;

Were they?

Seems unfounded to me.

The club was told it, and he is a part of the club.

The Australian Crime Commision, the big governing body, was also told it was legal.

If any player rings up the ACC for some advice re: the legality of a drug under the S clauses, they deserve 2 years for stupidity.

On the first point, I'm glad you include Dank as being part of " the club ".

Enjoy the cricket Ash,

Ah yes, that letter Essendon can't find and that ASADA have no record of?
If that is the case, what of the other substances?

Irrelevant if there is a letter. Very very clear for all individual players needing to get their own asada information. Not be told about a letter.

Code is clear players have breached that very basic part.

You have no idea. Its the Players responsibility to determine what they took, not to hand that responsibility to someone else, definitely not to hand that responsibility to someone who the club hadn't done their due diligence on and had been removed from a number of sporting clubs for questionable practices. That someone who seemed to have a predilection with biological experimentation.

And once again, where is the evidence ASADA gave permission? Not one iota of that evidence has surfaced. ASADA are saying they never gave this advice and the only ones saying they did, have a vested interest in trying to muddy the waters in saying they did.

You are the idiot here.

I thought this thread was about Saad.

Well it was short thread, saints supporters basically went

what did he take? A banned substance! Ohhh......

What does this mean? 2 years looks likely! Shit....

Very short thread so bombers fans were good enough to come and sprout hird worship and explain why they should get off for doping the shit out of their entire team.

Is it a bit much to contemplate d'affaire ahmad saad as conspiracy?

not illegal out of comp. so assume amphetamine family something, not the DHEA of mark mcgwire in the whey protein. maybe it was in the whey protein. perhaps it was inadvertant. perhaps footballers tell lies just like you and i

i also assume this is the recreational drug afl testing. Not ASADA. my assumption may be incorrect.

my intuition: afl want a bust to shift Essendon off the back/front page and restore the narrative to "nothing to see here", integrity (we have), one positive confirms drug testing works, inadvertant but must accede to strict liability cos of WADA statutes
cycling always busted the little guys for propaganda. cycling MO always find the little guys to toss under the bus, but protecting the big guy, by masquerading myth testing works.

all major sport doping has been the provence, not of WADA, but of domestic police. and they are still subject to political influence. see: operation puerto in spain. also france; armstrong had private number of sarkozy who lobbied to change the ceo of the tour de france. who was subsequently shunted.

andrew dillion, brett clother, do they want to investigate what ian collins, ross oakley, wayne jackson know. i thought they were for integrity. oh, you mean, appearance and doublespeak. reverse engineering the findings we will find.

if ahmad saad's name was lance franklin, or nick reiwoldt, this would have disappeared, or counted as a recreational drug fail, just like other tests in justin charles time, never were acted on.

feel sorry for the little guy. may not be able to move dank or charter off the front page, but managed to displace essendon from the back page for a day or two.

if, and i concede, if this is not merely a product of my all too active jaundice, how are these integrity apples at the affal house?

Paper talk was an energy drink

whey protein as symbol.

energy drink as symbol too. thus, that was not my point to get the trivia and accuracy. my premise, it may be all bullshit.

this is why, the most important division in the AFL is the new herald sun. their media dept. if the NBN are fibre to home, they will be PPV within two decades, and have the Hun readership.

integrity division? you mean propaganda. zero accountability. even robbo and the Hun are a watchdog in comparison to the future.

stillnox versus no doz.
its like a dance off. alien v predator. shark v crocodile.
