Agree with the earlier comment that it works much better with two commentators instead of three. Less talking, hence less talking nonsense. There were even a few instances of "dead air" last night (not when Ian Healy was on). Healy not shutting up aside, it hasn't been too bad so far.

The radio's in front of the TV so pausing the TV would make the delay worse.

I'm using the Tunein Radio app on Ipad and ABC Grandstand is about 30 seconds behind channel 9 so you can sink them up if you are prepared to go to the effort. They are using the BBC TMS coverage as well which is good.

The radio is actually a split second in-front of the TV, so for those with GEM on Foxtel you can put a 1 second pause on the tv to match up the ABC/BBC feed with the video
