Curtis Jones the stand out in that 1st half. Harry Wilson was good as well although IMO a Prem keeper saves his 2nd.

Fabinho with some wayward passes but also played a couple of great balls in behind.

Origi's finishing was terrible and Solanke was virtually anonymous.

I can't wait to see Naby in the 2nd half.

Jurgen giggling and smiling like an excited school girl at the mention of Keita in an interview after the game. Funny. Sturridge shows his quality with his second goal and a couple of deft layoffs. Makes you think what if? Then reality sets in and you just know he'll get injured again.
Kent looks like he's gone backwards despite his nice goal. What's gone wrong with him, after such a good preseason last year?
It's early in preseason and Keita looks sharp already. Testament to his quality. I hope Wilson steps up, he looks the goods.

Unpopular opinion but would like Studge to stay, he is miles better than any other 2nd striking option we have. Silly goose should've never left for WBA to try to get in the WC squad, he would've been very useful in those CL games. There aren't many blokes we can buy that are better 2nd strikers than Studge

Jurg's mind is probably made up to sell him though, a real shame

RossFC will be absolutely fuming when he reads this.
