He'd be helping out. His eligibility lapsed when they moved out and he's been playing up in Brisbane (where he's not eligible for either father/son or academy).

Completely get welfare manager might have other priorities and it may well be confidential.
Much as I'd love for Cummin to be playing he wasn't named as an emergency so it seems unlikely.

Not listed and don't know the age. He could be a top up from anywhere.

No idea about his provenance but he definitely caused our key defenders some issues today along with Shipley and Richards.

It was a very enjoyable game for most of it's length but when the Swans put the foot down they motored away, some good skills out there from a quite a few youngsters. Flynn, Setterfield, Cumming and Shipley for the Giants and Rose Marsh and Jack for the Swans felt dominant, Hayward has some skills..

Were any of the Swans academy players, I didn't recognise any?

MacDonald with his big body and penchant for tackling probably our most effective but I don't think he will make it at afl level. Wicks probably the most promising of the lot although Bell looked classy coming off half back

A WA Product who recently moved to Sydney, Gillespie played for both South Fremantle and Claremont. With the ability to play either forward or back, Gillespie is one of many exciting recruits for the Students this season.

Only resting, he is being groomed to replace Mummy, expect him to take over from Simpson as the first ruck in the NEAFL next year.
Saying that he seemed to play better there than most of his forward time so who knows

Also is #40 Gaynor part of your Academy? Overall played pretty well but I couldn't help noticing how short he was. At one stage he stood next to Alex johnson and didn't come up his shoulders. This would make him under 170cm

As far as I know he's been in since U16, not sure about before that.
Has had some very good games as well as the blend into the crowd ones, he's no Caleb Daniel but he is certainly not going to do well if he switches to basketball
