If he plays, we had the same issue with Dawson, since he was on the bench for Spurs in their first leg of the play off. Not that we need to worry now, but yeah, has to actually play.

Goetze was the only player Bayern bought from Dortmund in the last 5 years. Lewandowski would've gone abroad if Bayern didn't sign him.
Dortmund signed Hummels from Bayern. I don't see anyone crying about that.
not a great comparison. goetze and lewandowski were already proven brilliant players with huge price tags on them, hummels was just some unwanted kid from the academy who was loaned out and then sold with no hesitation.
Kaiser you just don't get it do you - are you so caught up in your own little bavarian world that you can't stop to look at the situation without bias? RL was courted whilst under contract and convinced to run down his contract - Bayern knew full well that Dortmund didnt want to/wouldn't sell him, and knew that they could offer him more wages than anyone else. It was a calculated attempt at weakening opposition. Whether it was right of Dortmund to refuse the sale or not, it was the only way to set a precedent that they are not in the business of selling players. RL will always be welcomed back to Dortmund because he stated his intentions and put his all into BVB until the very end - unlike Goetze spruiked it to the whole of Germany that he was happy and wanted to stay in Dortmund, only three weeks before Bayern made his transfer official - on the eve of a UCL semi final. See, thats where the bad blood comes from, the countless attempts to unsettle their rivals, like all the BS thats been going on with KH-R talking about Reus' contract every 2 weeks.
Hummels said in an interview himself that instead of giving him a chance, they bought Breno, and he realised his time was up. He wasn't scouted, he was forced out because he wasn't given a chance. Its just unlucky in this case for Bayern that Breno turned out to be a flop and Hummels is a future captain of Die Mannschaft.

After a good match against Burnley he's been a little bit down. Willian's been pretty electric in his sub appearances and would deserve a start, and I also thought Salah was lively when he came on against Swansea. So there's a fair chance he might just get squeezed out for this one!
Still recovering from world cup, I think Willian starts all season in front of Oscar still not convinced by him yet..

Nah, I think he's just stagnated a bit. He'll struggle to start in our best 11 IMO.

It was Klinsmann that didn't want him and agreed to sell him. Klinsmann lasted a few months in Munich. If he didn't give up so quickly he could've made it in Munich but it was his choice. Just like Goetze and Lewandowski.
Bavaria isn't considered part of Germany, anyway.

Lewandowski had said for a long time that Bayern was his 'dream club', he was never going abroad... this is the english papers & premier league fans thinking that every player in the world wants to play in the PL and will just leave at any PL teams request. All the talk of Hummels, Sokratis, Reus & Bender apparently all keen on a move to the PL last transfer window

Great to see Fab get off the mark for Chelsea. Not sure if it was a foul or not but i'll take it. Certainly looked like a foul from first look.

Roma currently 5-0 up against CSKA Moscow and we've still only played 60 minutes, not a bad way to make your return to the Champions League.
