Since Essendon are playing 3 of the bottom 4 in their last 7 games you'd back them to get good results, along with Werribee (who've won 1 out of their last 4), Geelong (who they beat by 92 points) and Footscray twice. Get one win against Footscray and top 4 is guaranteed.Seems pretty good, only I would maybe have Casey and Port swapped around. Casey are travelling well at the moment and Port are struggling.
Footscray would probably fancy their chances of sneaking a top four berth at the expense of Sandy or Essendon. That will be very interesting.

Essendon have lost all their games against top 4 rivals so far this season (unless you count Collingwood) so I see what you mean. You guys got lucky that goal was allowed round 1 -_-. That might cost us top 4.Admittedly I didn't look at the draw, just I think Footscray's best is probably better than Essendon's best. If Footscray were to beat Essendon twice it would definitely make things tight, but 1 or 2 wins to Essendon and you're right, they should be fine for top four, unless they inexplicably lose to say 2 of the bottom teams.
Essendon and Sandy have been excellent again, both comfortable winners today.
Sandringham and Essendon kick 15 last quarter goals between them to record come from behind wins against Richmond and Geelong respectively. Footscray 33 points down late in the last quarter against Coburg. Top 4 log jam might be clearing a little.
So how big is Footscray vs Essendon at WO next week?
Essendon win and they go top 3 and an easy draw against Frankston, Werribee and Richmond amongst their last 4 games, making it hard to see them displaced from the top 4 and could possibly host a final if results go their way.
Footscray win and the race is wide open once again.
You can shout me down in flames for this but I don't care, it's still possible. 8th spot isn't as secure to Casey as one might think. Coburg are only 12 points behind and are running into some very good form with 4 games left.Big win today by the Burgers may have knocked Port Melbourne out of finals contention.

Casey have Box Hill, Williamstown, Coburg and Sandringham.
Coburg have Frankston, Richmond, Casey and North Ballarat.
That round 19 clash at Piranha Park looks like it could decide the fate of the finals.
Saw this today on Frankston's wikipedia page:
"2015 - Dissolved - after an altercation at the Frankston - Geelong game the Frankston Football club announced they would disolve at the end of the 2015 VFL Season Since the VFL merged with the AFL Reserves competition in 2000, Frankston has been unique amongst all VFL clubs in that it has never been involved in a reserves affiliation with an AFLteam."

Is there any truth to this? I know they've recently undergone massive facility development and council cash injection at their ground so was a little shocked when i read this.
I can't find it either, wikipedia is not really trust worthy but then again i'm not sure someone would write it just to troll Frankston's wikipedia pageSaw this today on Frankston's wikipedia page:
