I am as cynical as the next person but sometimes it is nice to think that some things are spontaneous. Yes, the kids were mic'd up but you cannot tell me that the kids were told what to say. And even if they were, in the euphoria and anticipation of the moment, do you really think that you can get an 8 year old to follow a script under the circumstances they were presented with?

As for Hodge having a photo taken on stage with the kids, think what you like but from what I have seen of the player it is more likely than not that he did it without having been told to. He is a very genuine fella.

What I want to know is how the "your my hero" was heard so loud and clear, was the little kid mic'd up?
You could clearly hear the kid but could only faintly hear hodge response. If he was what would the point in this be?

Didn't the same thing happen last year with a girl saying it to Hodge in 2013?
I'm fairly certain it did.
