I'm not sure he is faking.Don't people who get brain injuries have their moments when they remember things and then moments they forget things ?

The conclusion I come to with Fletch is he is remembering small pieces as he improves. His outburst at Jess over the card replicated the situation from season 2. The only thing I have a small criticism of is it feels like Ferguson is at the prison 24/7, when does she get the opportunity to set up these "accidents"? I also hope the writers haven't gone too hard, too fast with the Ferguson / Smith / Doyle angle. It's seemed that in the 5 episodes of season 3, Ferguson has become an incredibly "dark" character.

I thought Fletch's condition improved a bit quickly? he went from being someone who looked like they would be in rehab for ages and is not back at work (even on light duties). His rapid recovery reminded me of what's been going on in the WCE's camp recently

Love the Jesse story line, doing all she can to get Liz away from Doreen before the birth.

The murder weapon in Wills house.

And of course the levels the Freak will go to.
