2 Sumo deadlift high pull 45/35
3 Thrusters 45/35
4 KB swings 24/20
5 Pull ups
6 Power snatch 45/35
7 Wall Balls 20/14
8 Toes to bar
9 Box jump overs 24/20
10 Double unders
11 Burpees
12 Pistol squats

It was run like the song. So we had to do 1, then 2,1, then 3,2,1 etc. Hard work, especially in the searing heat, but fun.
